well I'm obviously biased since I am an esthetician. but I would say yes. Especially if you have a lot of skin issues. If you want to save money, try finding a cosmetology school in your area with an esthetics program. You will be able to get one at a discounted price (about 1/2 what spas charge) No matter where you go, be sure and ask what things you can to to take care of your skin
